About the Role:
We are seeking a dedicated and empathetic Female Customer Service Executive to join our client's dynamic team in Bur Dubai. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for customers, ensuring their inquiries, concerns, and requests are handled efficiently and professionally. This role is crucial in maintaining high customer satisfaction and upholding the company's reputation in the competitive service industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat.
- Listen attentively to customer concerns, resolve issues promptly, and provide accurate information about services.
- Process service requests, modifications, and cancellations as per company guidelines.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system.
- Escalate complex customer issues to the relevant department or supervisor when necessary.
- Gather customer feedback and share insights with the team to help improve service quality.
- Achieve and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) related to response time, resolution rate, and customer satisfaction.
- Uphold the company's values and service standards in every interaction.
Candidate Requirements:
- Gender: Female (as specified by the client).
- Location: Currently residing in Dubai. Candidates must be available for in-person interviews and immediate joining in Bur Dubai.
- Experience: 1 to 2 years of proven experience in a customer-facing role within the service industry (e.g., Hospitality, Telecom, Retail, Healthcare, Travel, or related fields).
- Language:
- Fluent in English (Written and Verbal) is mandatory.
- Proficiency in Malayalam is a strong added advantage.
- Knowledge of Hindi or Arabic is beneficial.
- Skills & Competencies:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a patient, customer-centric approach.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle pressure with professionalism.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with MS Office.
