We are looking for a HR Operations Officer to join our team in Dubai.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage HR operations for outsourced staff (white & blue collar)
Handle onboarding, employee relations, renewals, transfers, and offboarding
Act as the client’s focal point for day-to-day operations
Address employee grievances and manage timesheets
Monitor payroll and billing
Maintain strong client relationships
Minimum Requirements:
Bachelor’s or Master’s in HR
5+ years UAE experience in HR operations
UAE driving license preferred
Experience in manpower outsourcing industry (mandatory)
Knowledge of UAE labor law
Excellent communication skills
