Job Description:
We are seeking a versatile and experienced Multi-Skilled Technician with expertise in both electrical and plumbing systems. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of residential and/or commercial building systems, ensuring minimal downtime and adherence to the highest safety standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Install, maintain, inspect, and repair electrical wiring systems, fixtures, and controls (lighting, power points, DBs, etc.).
- Install, maintain, and repair plumbing systems, including pipes, fittings, fixtures (taps, toilets, water heaters), and drainage.
- Diagnose faults efficiently in both electrical and plumbing systems using appropriate tools and testing equipment.
- Perform preventive maintenance schedules as directed.
- Respond promptly to emergency breakdowns and service requests.
- Ensure all work complies with local UAE regulations, safety codes, and company standards.
- Read and interpret technical drawings and schematics for both trades.
- Provide clear reports on work performed and materials used.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2-3 years of proven experience as an Electrician and Plumber.
- Previous working experience in the UAE or other Gulf countries (GCC) is essential.
- Valid UAE driving license is a significant advantage.
- Solid knowledge of electrical systems (single & three-phase), plumbing principles, and relevant tools.
- Ability to work independently, under pressure, and as part of a team.
- Good physical condition and ability to work in various environments.
- Basic English communication skills; knowledge of Arabic or Hindi/Urdu is beneficial.
