Job Description:
We are hiring multiple dedicated Pest Control Technicians to perform inspection, treatment, and prevention services for residential, commercial, and industrial clients. The role is crucial in maintaining public health and safety standards by managing and eliminating pest infestations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough site inspections to identify types and sources of pest infestations (e.g., rodents, cockroaches, bed bugs, termites, mosquitoes).
- Select and safely prepare appropriate pesticides, baits, and application methods (spraying, fogging, baiting, trapping) according to the pest type and environment.
- Operate and maintain pest control equipment and vehicles.
- Apply integrated pest management (IPM) techniques, focusing on long-term prevention.
- Provide clear recommendations to clients on how to prevent future infestations.
- Maintain accurate and timely service reports, treatment logs, and chemical usage records as per company and municipal regulations.
- Ensure strict compliance with UAE's environmental, health, and safety regulations regarding the handling, storage, and application of pesticides.
- Provide excellent customer service and represent the company professionally.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1-2 years of hands-on experience as a Pest Control Technician.
- A valid UAE Municipality-approved Pest Control Certificate/Card is a MAJOR advantage.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings or weekends, for emergency calls.
- Strong understanding of pesticide safety, MSDS, and personal protective equipment (PPE).
- Ability to work outdoors in the UAE climate and handle physically demanding tasks.
- Good customer service and basic communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus.
- A clean driving record is preferred.
