Graphic Designer
Reports To: Marketing Manager / Creative Director / Brand Manager
Summary: The Graphic Designer creates visual concepts and assets that communicate ideas, inspire, inform, and captivate the target audience. This role supports marketing, branding, and communication efforts across both digital and print media.
Key Responsibilities:
- Concept & Creation: Design a wide range of marketing and communication materials, including but not limited to: social media graphics, website assets, digital ads, email templates, brochures, flyers, posters, packaging, and presentations.
- Brand Stewardship: Ensure all designs adhere to and strengthen the company's brand identity, including consistent use of logos, color palettes, typography, and imagery.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team, content creators, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements and translate them into compelling visual solutions.
- Digital & Print Proficiency: Prepare final files for both digital publication and print production, ensuring correct specifications (resolution, color mode, bleed, etc.).
- Asset Management: Maintain organized libraries of digital assets, photos, and design files.
- Trend Awareness: Stay current with design trends, software, and technologies.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
- Proven professional experience as a Graphic Designer with a strong portfolio.
- High proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and familiarity with Figma/Sketch.
- Excellent visual design skills with a strong understanding of layout, typography, color theory, and hierarchy.
- Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and accept constructive feedback.
- Experience with motion graphics or UI/UX design is a plus.
