About the Role
We are seeking a highly experienced and dynamic Operations Manager to oversee and elevate the performance of our multiple Food & Beverage outlets. The ideal candidate will be a hands-on leader with a proven track record in the GCC region, responsible for ensuring operational excellence, maximizing profitability, and delivering an exceptional guest experience. You will be the driving force behind daily operations, team development, and strategic growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Operational Leadership: Directly manage and oversee the day-to-day operations of all F&B outlets, ensuring seamless service, quality consistency, and adherence to brand standards.
- Financial Performance: Drive outlet profitability through effective cost control, inventory management, budgeting, and P&L analysis. Implement strategies to increase sales and average check size.
- Team Management & Development: Lead, motivate, and mentor a diverse team of managers and staff. Foster a positive, high-performance culture through training, performance reviews, and career development plans.
- Compliance & Standards: Ensure strict compliance with all Kuwaiti health, safety, sanitation (MOH), and municipal regulations. Maintain all necessary documentation and uphold company policies.
- Guest Experience: Uphold and enhance the guest experience by monitoring service standards, addressing feedback promptly, and implementing improvements to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Vendor & Supply Chain Management: Manage relationships with suppliers and vendors to ensure quality, cost-effectiveness, and timely delivery of goods.
- Reporting & Analysis: Prepare and present regular operational and financial reports to senior management, providing insights and actionable recommendations.
Mandatory Requirements
- Nationality: Must be an Asian National (Non-Arab candidates only).
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years as an Operations Manager within the Fine Dining, Hotel, QSR (Quick Service Restaurant), or multi-outlet F&B sector.
- Regional Experience: Mandatory working experience in Kuwait or any GCC country.
- Residency Status: Must hold a valid transferable residency in Kuwait (Article 18).
- Availability: Immediate joiners are highly preferred.
Skills & Competencies
- In-depth knowledge of F&B operations, cost control, and hospitality trends.
- Strong financial acumen with experience in budgeting and P&L management.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to manage, train, and develop large teams in a multicultural environment.
- Problem-solving mindset with the ability to make decisions under pressure.
- Fluency in English is essential; knowledge of Arabic is a distinct advantage.
