About the Role:
We are a leading real estate company in Dubai seeking a dynamic and results-oriented CRM Executive. You will be the cornerstone of our client relationship strategy, responsible for managing the customer lifecycle from initial inquiry to post-sale service and repeat business. Your role is crucial in enhancing client loyalty, driving referrals, and maximizing client lifetime value through exceptional relationship management.
Key Responsibilities:
- CRM System Management: Oversee the daily operation of the CRM platform (e.g., Salesforce, Property Finder CRM, Zoho), ensuring data accuracy, integrity, and hygiene.
- Client Lifecycle Management: Proactively manage all client touchpoints – from lead nurturing and onboarding new investors/tenants to providing after-sales support and fostering long-term relationships.
- Client Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for client queries, ensuring timely and professional responses via email, phone, and WhatsApp.
- Database Marketing: Execute targeted email campaigns, newsletters, and updates on market trends, new listings, and company news to engage different client segments (investors, tenants, buyers).
- Feedback & Retention: Systematically collect client feedback, manage reviews, and develop strategies to improve client satisfaction and retention rates.
- Reporting & Insights: Generate regular reports on lead conversion, client engagement, campaign performance, and customer satisfaction for management review.
- Cross-Department Coordination: Act as a liaison between sales, leasing, and marketing teams to ensure a seamless client experience.
- Compliance & Documentation: Ensure all client interactions and data are recorded in compliance with company policies and UAE regulations (e.g., RERA).
Requirements & Qualifications:
- Experience: Minimum 3-4 years of proven experience as a CRM Executive or similar role within the UAE real estate market.
- Industry Knowledge: In-depth understanding of Dubai's real estate landscape, property types, and transactional processes.
- Technical Skills: High proficiency in mainstream CRM software. Advanced skills in MS Excel/Google Sheets for data analysis.
- Soft Skills:
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills in English (Arabic is a strong advantage).
- Customer-centric mindset with a passion for service excellence.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
