About the Role:
We are seeking a dynamic and professional Receptionist cum Telecaller to be the first point of contact for our company. The ideal candidate will be the face and voice of our organization, handling front desk operations and telecommunication with exceptional customer service. This is a fast-paced role perfect for someone who is organized, articulate, and enjoys multitasking in a client-facing environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Front Desk & Reception:
- Greet, assist, and direct all visitors in a professional and courteous manner.
- Manage the reception area, ensuring it is tidy and presentable.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and couriers.
Telecalling & Communication:
- Efficiently manage a high volume of incoming and outgoing calls.
- Make proactive follow-up calls to clients for feedback, reminders, and information updates.
- Maintain accurate and detailed call logs and client interaction records.
- Screen and direct calls to the appropriate departments or personnel.
Administrative & Clerical Support:
- Provide general administrative support to the team (e.g., data entry, filing, photocopying).
- Assist in team coordination and internal communication.
- Schedule appointments and manage meeting room bookings.
- Ensure smooth communication between clients and management by relaying messages accurately and promptly.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Receptionist, Front Desk Representative, Telecaller, or similar role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (knowledge of Arabic or other languages is a plus).
- Pleasant and professional phone etiquette with a clear speaking voice.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Friendly, patient, and customer-oriented demeanor.
- Ability to handle pressure with a positive attitude.
