We are seeking a seasoned Landscape Project Manager to oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of high-value, prestigious landscape projects. The ideal candidate will be the single point of contact for our elite clientele, ensuring projects are completed to the highest standard of quality, on time, and within budget. This role demands a blend of technical civil engineering expertise, exceptional client relationship skills, and a deep understanding of luxury landscape construction in the Gulf region.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the overall planning, coordination, and control of multiple landscape construction projects from inception to successful completion and handover.
- Serve as the primary liaison with high-profile clients, consultants, and stakeholders, managing expectations and fostering long-term relationships.
- Develop comprehensive project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans.
- Manage project teams, including site supervisors, engineers, and subcontractors, ensuring adherence to project specifications and company standards.
- Oversee all site operations, ensuring strict compliance with HSE policies, local authority regulations, and quality control protocols.
- Proactively identify, assess, and mitigate project risks, implementing effective solutions for any delays or challenges.
- Monitor project financials, including cost control, variation orders, and progress invoicing, to ensure profitability.
- Prepare and present regular progress reports to senior management and clients.
- Ensure all project documentation is accurate, complete, and maintained systematically.
Competencies & Skills:
- Leadership & Client Management: Exemplary leadership skills with proven ability to manage and satisfy demanding, high-value clients.
- Technical Proficiency: In-depth knowledge of civil and landscape construction methodologies, materials, MEP coordination (irrigation, lighting), and horticulture practices suited to the Middle East climate.
- Commercial Acumen: Strong financial management and contract administration skills.
- Problem-Solving: Excellent analytical and decision-making abilities under pressure.
- Communication: Fluent in English (Arabic is a significant advantage), with outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
