📋 Key Responsibilities
- Provide general administrative and clerical support.
- Manage documentation, including filing, scanning, copying, and organizing records.
- Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and correspondence.
- Handle communication via phone, email, and in-person inquiries.
- Schedule meetings, manage calendars, and coordinate appointments.
- Maintain office supplies and ensure the office environment is well-organized.
- Assist with travel arrangements and logistics if required.
- Support team members with ad-hoc administrative tasks as needed.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and UAE labor laws in all administrative processes.

- Female candidate (as per the request of the role).
- Fluent in English (spoken and written) is essential.
- Currently residing in Dubai and available to work in Silicon Oasis.
- Proven experience in an administrative or office support role is preferred.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Professional demeanor and excellent communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
