Role Overview:
As a Service Crew member, you will be the face of our restaurant. You will be responsible for ensuring that every guest feels welcome and receives prompt, friendly, and efficient service. From greeting customers to serving our signature pizzas, you will play a key role in creating a memorable experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and seat guests warmly upon arrival.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders using the POS system.
- Provide menu recommendations and answer questions about ingredients (especially regarding our pizza varieties).
- Serve food and drinks promptly while maintaining a friendly demeanor.
- Ensure tables are clean, set properly, and dining areas are tidy at all times.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally, ensuring guest satisfaction.
- Process payments and operate the cash register accurately.
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure orders are delivered correctly and on time.
- Adhere to all health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Language: Arabic speakers are preferred (to cater to our diverse clientele, but English proficiency is mandatory).
- Experience in a restaurant, cafe, or hospitality setting is an advantage (fresh waiters are welcome to apply if they have a positive attitude).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A team player who can work efficiently under pressure during peak hours.
- Presentable, punctual, and reliable.
- Must be based in Dubai or willing to relocate.
- Valid UAE residence visa/Freelance visa is a plus, but not mandatory (visa sponsorship may be provided for the right candidate).
