Key Responsibilities:
▪️ Manage end-to-end HR operations independently
▪️ Lead recruitment, onboarding, and manpower planning
▪️ Drive employee relations, performance appraisals, and HR policies
▪️ Oversee payroll coordination, HR administration, and compliance
▪️ Ensure full compliance with Qatar Labor Law and HR best practices
Requirements:
▪️ 10+ years of HR experience in QSR/F&B
▪️ Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
▪️ Strong knowledge of Qatar Labor Law and PRO coordination
