A major automotive group in Kuwait is seeking a dynamic, Arabic-speaking Showroom Manager to lead from the front and drive exceptional sales performance. This is a high-visibility leadership role with full responsibility for showroom operations, sales targets, team management, and delivering an outstanding customer experience within a respected dealership environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage daily showroom sales operations.
- Drive achievement of monthly and annual sales targets.
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans.
- Monitor KPIs and ensure consistent performance improvement.
- Coach, motivate, and mentor the sales team.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and training sessions.
- Ensure exceptional customer service standards are maintained.
- Oversee customer engagement from inquiry to vehicle delivery.
- Manage showroom presentation and vehicle displays.
- Analyze sales data and market trends.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to drive footfall and leads.
- Handle high-value negotiations and key client relationships.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Maintain strong relationships with manufacturers and stakeholders.
- Monitor competitor activity within the local market.
- Ensure accurate reporting of sales performance.
- Oversee stock management and inventory turnover.
- Resolve customer complaints professionally and efficiently.
- Foster a results-driven and positive team culture.
- Ensure alignment with brand standards and dealership reputation.
- Support recruitment and onboarding of new sales staff.
- Drive continuous improvement in showroom performance and profitability.
Requirements:
- Proven track record leading dealership sales teams.
- Strong commercial acumen with consistent KPI delivery.
- Arabic-speaking (mandatory).
- GCC automotive experience is highly advantageous.
- Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Ability to thrive in a target-driven environment.
