We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales & Marketing Executive to expand our market presence across the UAE, GCC, and international markets. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth, building strong client relationships, and identifying new business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in the UAE, GCC, and other target markets.
- Generate leads through cold calling, emails, LinkedIn outreach, and industry networking.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and commercial offers.
- Follow up consistently to close sales opportunities and achieve targets.
- Coordinate with technical and production teams to understand client requirements.
- Attend client meetings, site visits, and industry events as required.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and upcoming projects.
- Maintain accurate sales records and CRM updates.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Engineering, or a related field.
- 2–3 years of proven experience in sales or marketing (preferably in manufacturing or industrial sector).
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Target-driven, self-motivated, and well-organized.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
