📌 Role Overview
The Store Manager is responsible for overall store operations, ensuring sales targets are met while maintaining excellent customer service and efficient team management.
🔧 Key Responsibilities
1. Sales & Performance
- Achieve monthly and yearly sales targets
- Monitor KPIs (conversion rate, average basket size, footfall)
- Implement strategies to increase revenue and profitability
2. Team Management
- Recruit, train, and supervise store staff
- Create staff schedules and manage attendance
- Motivate team to meet sales goals
3. Customer Service
- Ensure a high standard of customer experience
- Handle customer complaints professionally
- Maintain brand image and service quality
4. Store Operations
- Oversee daily store activities
- Ensure visual merchandising standards are followed
- Maintain store cleanliness and organization
5. Inventory & Stock Control
- Monitor stock levels and coordinate replenishment
- Conduct regular stock audits
- Minimize losses and prevent theft
6. Reporting & Administration
- Prepare sales reports and performance analysis
- Manage budgets and expenses
- Coordinate with head office and regional managers
🎯 Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree (preferred)
- 3–5+ years of retail experience, with leadership role
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Experience in fashion, cosmetics, or lifestyle retail is a plus
- Ability to work under pressure and meet targets
