📌 Role Overview
A Beauty Advisor assists customers in selecting cosmetics, skincare, and beauty products, while delivering excellent service and contributing to store sales targets.
🔧 Key Responsibilities
1. Customer Service
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly, professional manner
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products
- Build long-term relationships with repeat customers
2. Product Knowledge & Sales
- Demonstrate makeup and skincare products
- Explain product features, ingredients, and benefits
- Achieve individual sales targets and KPIs
- Upsell and cross-sell items
3. Makeup & Skincare Assistance
- Provide basic makeup application or product trials
- Offer skincare advice based on skin type
- Maintain hygiene standards for testers and tools
4. Store Operations
- Ensure shelves and displays are clean and well-stocked
- Assist in visual merchandising and promotions
- Support stock replenishment and inventory checks
5. Brand Representation
- Maintain a professional appearance and grooming
- Represent the brand image and values
- Stay updated on new product launches and beauty trends
🎯 Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in retail or beauty industry
- Knowledge of cosmetics and skincare products
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Sales-driven attitude
- Presentable and well-groomed appearance
- Flexible to work retail hours (including weekends)
