Job Title: Marketing Executive
Job Summary:
The Marketing Executive is responsible for planning and executing marketing campaigns to promote the company’s products or services, enhance brand awareness, and drive customer engagement and sales. This role involves both creative and analytical tasks across digital and offline channels.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Campaign Planning & Execution
- Plan, develop, and execute marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels
- Coordinate promotional activities, events, and product launches
- Ensure campaigns align with brand strategy and business goals
2. Digital Marketing
- Manage social media platforms, website content, and email marketing campaigns
- Monitor online engagement and optimize campaigns for better performance
- Support SEO/SEM initiatives and online advertising
3. Market Research & Analysis
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and customer preferences
- Analyze campaign performance and prepare reports
- Provide insights and recommendations for improvement
4. Content Development
- Assist in creating marketing materials such as brochures, presentations, and social media content
- Coordinate with designers, agencies, and content creators
- Ensure brand consistency across all communication channels
5. Lead Generation & Sales Support
- Support lead generation activities and nurture prospects
- Work closely with the sales team to align marketing strategies
- Track and report on leads and conversions
6. Budget & Vendor Management
- Assist in managing marketing budgets and tracking expenses
- Coordinate with external vendors, agencies, and media partners
- Ensure cost-effective campaign execution
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
- 1–3+ years of experience in marketing or related roles
- Knowledge of digital marketing tools and platforms
- Strong communication and creative thinking skills
- Basic understanding of analytics and reporting
