Job Title: Social Media Marketing Specialist
Job Summary:
The Social Media Marketing Specialist is responsible for developing and executing social media strategies to increase brand awareness, drive engagement, and generate leads. This role focuses on content creation, campaign management, analytics, and staying up to date with social media trends.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Social Media Strategy
- Develop and implement social media strategies aligned with business goals
- Identify target audiences and plan content to engage them effectively
- Stay updated on trends, algorithms, and platform updates
2. Content Creation & Management
- Create, curate, and schedule engaging content (posts, reels, stories, videos)
- Maintain a consistent brand voice across all platforms
- Coordinate with designers and content creators
3. Platform Management
- Manage accounts on platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and X (Twitter)
- Monitor comments, messages, and interactions
- Respond to inquiries and build online community engagement
4. Campaign Execution
- Plan and run paid and organic campaigns
- Collaborate with marketing teams for promotions and product launches
- Optimize campaigns for reach, engagement, and conversions
5. Analytics & Reporting
- Track performance metrics (reach, engagement, conversions)
- Analyze data and generate insights
- Prepare regular performance reports and suggest improvements
6. Influencer & Collaboration Management
- Identify and collaborate with influencers and brand partners
- Manage partnerships and campaign deliverables
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
- 1–3+ years of experience in social media marketing or digital marketing
- Hands-on experience with social media platforms and tools
- Basic knowledge of paid ads and analytics tools
- Strong creativity and communication skills
