Job Title: Senior Graphic Designer
Job Summary
The Senior Graphic Designer is responsible for creating high-quality visual content that aligns with brand identity and business goals. This role involves leading design projects, mentoring junior designers, and collaborating with marketing and creative teams to deliver compelling visual solutions across digital and print platforms.
Key Responsibilities
1. Creative Design
- Develop innovative design concepts for digital and print media
- Create graphics for social media, websites, advertisements, presentations, and branding materials
- Ensure consistency with brand guidelines across all visual assets
2. Project Leadership
- Lead and manage multiple design projects from concept to completion
- Collaborate with marketing, content, and product teams
- Meet deadlines while maintaining high design standards
3. Team Mentorship
- Guide and mentor junior designers
- Review and provide feedback on design work
- Support skill development within the design team
4. Brand Development
- Contribute to the evolution and maintenance of brand identity
- Ensure visual consistency across campaigns and platforms
- Develop style guides and design systems when needed
5. Stakeholder Communication
- Present design concepts to clients or internal stakeholders
- Incorporate feedback and refine designs accordingly
- Translate business objectives into creative solutions
6. Quality Control
- Ensure all designs are accurate, high-quality, and production-ready
- Stay updated with design trends, tools, and technologies
- Maintain organized files and documentation
Skills & Qualifications
- Strong portfolio showcasing creative and professional design work
- Expertise in design tools (Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.)
- Solid understanding of typography, color theory, and layout principles
- Strong creativity and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related field (preferred)
- 4–7 years of professional design experience
- Experience in branding, digital marketing, or advertising preferred
