Job Title: Graphic Designer
Job Summary
The Graphic Designer is responsible for creating visually appealing and effective designs that communicate brand messages across digital and print platforms. This role involves working closely with marketing and creative teams to produce engaging content that aligns with business goals and brand identity.
Key Responsibilities
1. Design & Creative Work
- Create graphics for social media, websites, advertisements, brochures, and presentations
- Develop layouts, illustrations, logos, and other visual assets
- Ensure all designs are consistent with brand guidelines
2. Content Development
- Collaborate with marketing and content teams to develop creative concepts
- Translate ideas and requirements into compelling visual designs
- Adapt designs for different formats and platforms
3. Branding
- Maintain and apply brand identity across all projects
- Assist in developing brand guidelines and visual standards
- Ensure consistency in typography, colors, and style
4. Project Management
- Manage multiple design projects simultaneously
- Meet deadlines while maintaining quality standards
- Coordinate with internal teams and stakeholders
5. Revisions & Feedback
- Incorporate feedback from clients or team members
- Revise designs as needed to meet project objectives
- Present design concepts when required
6. Quality Control
- Ensure final outputs are high-quality and error-free
- Prepare files for print or digital publishing
- Stay updated with design trends and tools
Skills & Qualifications
- Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe InDesign
- Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and layout principles
- Creativity and attention to detail
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Time management and ability to meet deadlines
Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related field
- 1–3 years of experience in graphic design (freshers with strong portfolios may be considered)
- A strong portfolio showcasing design work
