Job Title: Technical Advisor
Job Summary:
The Technical Advisor provides expert technical guidance and support to ensure effective planning, execution, and troubleshooting of technical operations. This role acts as a subject matter expert, assisting teams, clients, or management in making informed technical decisions and improving overall performance and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide expert technical advice and solutions to operational or project-related issues.
- Support planning, design, and implementation of technical processes and systems.
- Review technical documents, specifications, and drawings for accuracy and feasibility.
- Assist teams in troubleshooting complex technical problems.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and best practices.
- Conduct technical assessments, inspections, or audits when required.
- Collaborate with engineers, supervisors, and management to improve processes.
- Recommend improvements in tools, systems, and operational methods.
- Provide training, guidance, and technical support to staff or clients.
- Stay updated with new technologies, tools, and industry trends.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, Automobile, IT, or relevant field).
- 5–10+ years of relevant technical experience in the industry.
- Strong practical and theoretical knowledge of the technical domain.
- Experience in troubleshooting and technical problem-solving.
