Job Title: Sales, Marketing & Procurement Coordinator
Job Summary
The Sales, Marketing & Procurement Coordinator supports business growth by coordinating sales activities, executing marketing initiatives, and managing procurement processes. This role ensures smooth communication between departments, maintains supplier relationships, and helps drive revenue while optimizing purchasing efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
1. Sales Coordination
- Assist the sales team in managing client accounts and inquiries
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and sales reports
- Track sales performance and follow up on leads
- Maintain customer databases and CRM systems
2. Marketing Support
- Coordinate marketing campaigns, promotions, and events
- Assist in creating marketing materials (digital and print)
- Manage social media updates and content scheduling
- Conduct basic market research and competitor analysis
3. Procurement Management
- Source and negotiate with suppliers and vendors
- Process purchase orders and track deliveries
- Maintain inventory levels and ensure timely replenishment
- Monitor supplier performance and pricing
4. Coordination & Communication
- Act as a liaison between sales, marketing, and procurement teams
- Ensure smooth flow of information across departments
- Coordinate with vendors, clients, and internal teams
5. Administrative Duties
- Maintain accurate records of sales, purchases, and inventory
- Prepare reports on sales trends, campaign performance, and procurement activities
- Ensure documentation and compliance with company policies
Skills & Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Good organizational and multitasking abilities
- Basic understanding of sales processes, marketing principles, and procurement
- Negotiation and vendor management skills
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Familiarity with CRM and inventory management systems (preferred)
Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- 2–4 years of experience in sales coordination, marketing, or procurement
- Experience in a similar multi-functional role is an advantage
