Job Title: Warranty In-Charge
Job Summary:
The Warranty In-Charge is responsible for managing and processing all warranty claims, ensuring compliance with manufacturer policies, and coordinating between customers, service teams, and suppliers. The role ensures accurate claim submission, proper documentation, and timely settlement of warranty-related issues.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle and process all warranty claims in accordance with company and manufacturer guidelines.
- Verify warranty eligibility by reviewing service history, job cards, and technical reports.
- Coordinate with service advisors, technicians, and customers regarding warranty issues.
- Submit warranty claims accurately and ensure timely approval and settlement.
- Maintain proper records of all warranty claims, approvals, and rejections.
- Follow up with manufacturers or suppliers for claim status and reimbursements.
- Ensure compliance with warranty policies, procedures, and audit requirements.
- Analyze recurring warranty issues and report findings to management.
- Support root cause analysis and preventive action processes.
- Train service staff on warranty procedures and documentation requirements.
Required Qualifications:
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Automobile Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
- 2–5+ years of experience in automotive service or warranty handling.
- Good understanding of vehicle systems and repair processes.
- Familiarity with warranty policies and claim procedures.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in automotive dealerships or service centers.

- Knowledge of ERP or warranty management systems.
