We are hiring a highly experienced and detail-oriented Senior Ticketing & Reservations Officer for a well-established travel agency in Cyprus. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in handling complex travel arrangements, managing VIP clients, and delivering premium, personalized travel services.
✈️ Key Responsibilities
• Manage complex flight bookings, ticketing, reissues, and cancellations
• Handle VIP and premium client requests with professionalism and discretion
• Create tailor-made travel packages (flights, hotels, itineraries)
• Work efficiently on GDS systems (Amadeus, Galileo, Sabre)
• Provide expert guidance on routes, fares, and travel options
• Ensure accuracy in bookings, documentation, and travel arrangements
• Stay updated on airline policies, fare rules, and travel trends
• Deliver exceptional customer service at all times
📋 Requirements
• Minimum 5 years of experience in ticketing & reservations (travel agency)
• Bachelor’s Degree in Tourism, Hospitality, Business, or related field
• Excellent command of English (spoken & written)
• Strong hands-on experience with GDS systems
• Good computer skills (MS Word, Excel, Email)
• Ability to manage high-value and high-volume clients
• Ability to work under pressure with high accuracy
