📌 Role Overview
An HSE Officer is responsible for ensuring that workplace activities comply with health, safety, and environmental regulations. The goal is to prevent accidents, reduce risks, and promote a safe working culture.
🎯 Key Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and monitor HSE policies and procedures
- Conduct regular site inspections and risk assessments
- Identify hazards and recommend corrective actions
- Ensure compliance with local safety laws and company standards
- Organize safety training and awareness programs for employees
- Investigate accidents, incidents, and near-misses
- Maintain HSE documentation, reports, and records
- Monitor use of PPE (Personal Protective Equipment)
- Coordinate emergency response plans and drills
- Liaise with regulatory authorities when required

- Experience in construction, oil & gas, manufacturing, or similar sectors is often preferred
