Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Develop architectural designs and concepts based on client needs

- Review and approve design changes and shop drawings

Requirements
For Entry-Level Candidates
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture (B.Arch)
- Basic knowledge of architectural design principles
- Familiarity with tools like AutoCAD, SketchUp, or Revit
- Strong creativity and visualization skills
- Good communication and teamwork abilities
- Internship or academic project experience preferred
For Experienced Professionals
- 3–10+ years of professional architectural experience
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and other design tools
- Strong portfolio demonstrating completed projects
- Knowledge of local building codes and regulations
- Experience in project management and client coordination
- Ability to lead design teams and mentor junior architects
