Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Civil Engineer to plan, design, and oversee construction and infrastructure projects. The role involves working on site and in the office to ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget while meeting quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, design, and supervise construction projects (buildings, roads, bridges, etc.)
- Prepare technical drawings, estimates, and project specifications
- Conduct site inspections and monitor project progress
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and local regulations
- Coordinate with architects, contractors, and project managers
- Manage materials, labor, and equipment efficiently
- Review and approve designs, drawings, and reports
- Identify and resolve technical issues on-site
- Maintain project documentation and reports
Requirements
For Entry-Level Candidates
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (B.Tech/B.E)
- Basic understanding of construction methods and materials
- Familiarity with tools like AutoCAD and basic knowledge of STAAD.Pro (preferred)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good communication and teamwork abilities
- Willingness to work on-site
For Experienced Professionals
- 3–10+ years of experience in construction or infrastructure projects
- Strong knowledge of project management and execution
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, STAAD.Pro, or similar tools
- Experience in site supervision, quality control, and safety compliance
- Ability to manage teams, contractors, and multiple projects
- Knowledge of cost estimation and budgeting
- Familiarity with local building codes and regulations
