Job Purpose
To accurately estimate MEP works (Electrical), prepare Bills of Quantities, and manage
post-award cost control for industrial, cold storage, and logistics projects—ensuring
budgets are monitored, cost overruns are reported, and all commercial activities align
with project requirements and authority standards.
Qualifications & Requirements
Education: Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering (Mandatory).
Certifications (Preferred): PMP, QS Certifications.
Total Experience: 6 to 10 years overall.
Relevant Experience: At least 5 years in construction.
Market/Geography: UAE/GCC experience required.
Project/Domain Must-haves: Industrial, Cold Storages & Logistics projects.
Software/Digital Tools (Preferred)
Plan Swift, Bluebeam Revu, Cost-X, Autodesk Revit, AutoCAD MEP, Advanced Microsoft Excel, Estimation MEP.
