Job Summary
The Operations / Event Manager is responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing events while ensuring smooth day-to-day operational activities. This role involves managing logistics, vendors, budgets, staff coordination, client communication, and on-site event execution to deliver successful events and efficient operations.
Key Responsibilities
Event Management
- Plan and execute corporate events, conferences, exhibitions, weddings, launches, and promotional activities.
- Coordinate event schedules, venues, vendors, and suppliers.
- Manage event budgets and track expenses.
- Handle event registrations, guest management, and hospitality.
- Supervise event setup, execution, and dismantling.
- Ensure compliance with safety and venue regulations.
- Troubleshoot issues during events and provide quick solutions.
Operations Management
- Oversee daily operational activities and workflow efficiency.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Maintain operational records, reports, and documentation.
- Monitor inventory, equipment, and resource allocation.
- Develop and improve operational processes.
- Ensure quality standards and customer satisfaction.
Team & Vendor Coordination
- Lead and supervise event staff and support teams.
- Negotiate contracts and pricing with vendors.
- Build relationships with clients, suppliers, and partners.
- Conduct team briefings and post-event reviews.

Qualifications
