Job Title: HR Recruitment Partner
Job Summary
The HR Recruitment Partner is responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment activities and partnering with hiring managers to attract, source, and hire qualified talent. The role focuses on workforce planning, talent acquisition strategy, candidate experience, and ensuring timely fulfillment of staffing needs aligned with organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements and job specifications
- Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and networking
- Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and shortlist suitable candidates
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with stakeholders
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding
- Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment reports
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
- Support employer branding initiatives and recruitment campaigns
- Monitor hiring metrics such as time-to-fill, quality of hire, and cost-per-hire
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Proven experience in recruitment or talent acquisition roles
- Strong understanding of hiring processes and employment practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple vacancies and priorities simultaneously
- Proficiency in recruitment tools and applicant tracking systems (ATS)
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in corporate recruitment or recruitment agency environment
- Knowledge of HR policies, labor laws, and compliance requirements
- Certification in HR or Talent Acquisition is an advantage
