Job Overview
We are seeking experienced Injection Moulding Machine Operators with strong factory discipline and proven hands-on experience operating plastic injection moulding machines in a production environment. The ideal candidates should be technically capable, quality-focused, disciplined, and comfortable working in a structured factory setting.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate plastic injection moulding machines during assigned production shifts.
- Monitor the machine's running conditions and report any abnormalities immediately.
- Inspect finished products according to quality standards.
- Identify and report defects such as flash, short moulding, colour variation, black spots, burn marks, deformation, cracks, and dimensional issues.
- Remove finished parts safely and correctly from machines.
- Perform trimming, checking, packing, and production recording where required.
- Assist with material changes, colour changes, machine cleaning, and workplace organisation.
- Follow instructions from setters, technicians, and shift supervisors.
- Maintain production records, rejection reports, and shift handover notes.
- Follow factory rules regarding attendance, breaks, safety, hygiene, discipline, and production targets.
- Work rotating shifts, including night shifts and Saturdays, where required and legally permitted.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience operating plastic injection moulding machines.
- Experience in a real injection moulding production environment.
- Ability to identify common moulding defects and report them quickly.
- Ability to follow work instructions, quality standards, production targets, and shift discipline.
- Good English communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Factory-based technical training/plastics processing exposure/machine operator training / ITI / CIPET or equivalent practical experience.
- Basic understanding of plastic materials, machine alarms, cycle monitoring, product inspection, and production records.

Mandatory Requirements
- Proven work experience specifically in plastic injection moulding.
- Physically fit and willing to perform hands-on factory work.
- Willing to work rotating shifts, including night shifts and Saturdays, where required and legally permitted.
- Able to work under strict factory rules, including attendance control, break discipline, production targets, quality checks, and safety procedures.
- Able to work as part of a structured production team.
- Reliable, disciplined, punctual, and willing to relocate to Cyprus.
- Able to provide employment history, references, certificates (where available), and evidence of injection moulding experience.
- English proficiency.
