Job Title: Light Vehicle Driver (1-Ton & 3-Ton Pickup)

Job Summary
We are looking for a responsible and experienced Light Vehicle Driver to operate 1-ton and 3-ton pickup vehicles for the safe and timely transportation of goods, materials, and equipment. The driver will be responsible for ensuring vehicle safety, maintaining delivery schedules, and complying with all traffic and company regulations.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate 1-ton and 3-ton pickup vehicles safely and efficiently.
- Deliver and collect goods, materials, equipment, and documents as assigned.
- Inspect vehicles daily and ensure they are in good operating condition before use.
- Perform routine checks on fuel, oil, water, tires, brakes, and lights.
- Report vehicle defects, accidents, or maintenance requirements promptly.
- Ensure cargo is properly loaded, secured, and unloaded to prevent damage.
- Follow assigned routes and delivery schedules to ensure timely service.
- Maintain accurate records of trips, fuel usage, mileage, and delivery documents.
- Obtain signatures and delivery confirmations when required.
- Adhere to traffic laws, road safety regulations, and company policies.
- Assist with loading and unloading activities when necessary.
- Keep the vehicle clean and presentable at all times.
Qualifications
- Valid Light Vehicle Driving License.
- Minimum 1–3 years of experience driving 1-ton and 3-ton pickup vehicles.
- Good knowledge of local roads, traffic regulations, and delivery routes.
- Ability to read and understand delivery notes and transportation documents.
- Basic knowledge of vehicle maintenance and safety procedures.
- Clean driving record and strong sense of responsibility.
