Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Outdoor Sales Executive to promote and sell building materials to contractors, construction companies, developers, consultants, retailers, and project owners. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, maintaining client relationships, achieving sales targets, and expanding market presence within the construction and building materials sector.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Business Development
- Identify and develop new customers within the construction and building materials market.
- Conduct regular site visits, client meetings, and sales presentations.
- Promote and sell building materials products to contractors, builders, consultants, and project owners.
- Generate inquiries, prepare quotations, and follow up on sales opportunities.
- Negotiate prices, payment terms, and contract conditions with customers.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Develop and maintain a strong sales pipeline.
Customer Relationship Management
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing and prospective customers.
- Provide product information, technical support, and recommendations to clients.
- Resolve customer concerns and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Follow up on deliveries, payments, and after-sales support.
Market Intelligence
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies.
- Identify upcoming construction projects and business opportunities.
- Gather customer feedback and market information to support business growth.
- Recommend strategies to increase market share and product penetration.
Coordination & Reporting
- Coordinate with the sales support, logistics, procurement, and finance teams.
- Track customer orders and ensure timely delivery of materials.
- Prepare sales reports, visit reports, and market analysis reports.
- Maintain accurate customer records and sales data in CRM systems.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree, Diploma, or equivalent qualification.
- Experience in outdoor sales, preferably in building materials, construction products, hardware, or industrial products.
- Valid driving license (if required by the company).
- Strong understanding of construction materials and market dynamics.
- Proven ability to achieve sales targets and generate new business.

Experience selling one or more of the following:
- Cement and concrete products
