Job Responsibilities
✅ Develop and maintain relationships with pharmacies, salons, and other B2B clients
✅ Promote and sell cosmetic, beauty, and personal care products
✅ Identify new business opportunities and generate leads
✅ Achieve monthly and annual sales targets
✅ Conduct regular customer visits and product presentations
✅ Negotiate pricing, contracts, and promotional activities
✅ Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements
✅ Ensure timely collection of payments and follow up on outstanding accounts
Requirements
✔ Minimum 2–5 years of FMCG outdoor sales experience
✔ Experience in Cosmetics, Beauty, Personal Care, or Skincare Products is mandatory
✔ Strong B2B Sales experience in the UAE market
✔ Valid UAE Driving License (Mandatory)
✔ Good communication, negotiation, and customer relationship skills
✔ Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets
✔ Knowledge of Dubai and UAE retail distribution channels
