Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Brand Marketing Executive to support the growth and development of our Nail, Hair, and Skin product portfolio. The ideal candidate will be responsible for brand positioning, marketing strategy execution, product launches, market analysis, and driving brand awareness across the UAE market.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement brand marketing strategies to increase market share and brand visibility.
- Plan and execute marketing campaigns, promotions, and product launch activities.
- Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and consumer behavior studies.
- Monitor market trends and identify new business opportunities.
- Collaborate with sales, product, and creative teams to ensure effective brand communication.
- Manage marketing budgets and track campaign performance.
- Support sales forecasting and business planning activities.
- Build strong relationships with distributors, retailers, suppliers, and external partners.
- Prepare reports and presentations on brand performance and market insights.
- Ensure brand consistency across all marketing channels and customer touchpoints.
Requirements
✔ Minimum 5+ years of experience in Brand Management, Product Marketing, or Strategic Planning.
✔ Experience in Beauty, Cosmetics, Hair Care, Nail Care, or Skincare industries preferred.
✔ Strong understanding of brand positioning, consumer behavior, and market dynamics.
✔ Excellent market research, data analysis, and competitor benchmarking skills.
✔ Strong project management and organizational abilities.
✔ Experience in budget management and sales forecasting.
✔ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
✔ Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
