Job Summary
The Digital Marketing Executive is responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness, generate leads, improve customer engagement, and support business growth. The role involves managing online marketing channels, creating digital content, analyzing campaign performance, and implementing strategies across social media, search engines, email marketing, and other digital platforms.
Key Responsibilities
Digital Marketing Campaigns
- Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across multiple online platforms.
- Develop strategies to increase brand visibility, website traffic, customer engagement, and lead generation.
- Manage paid advertising campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads, social media advertising, and other digital channels.
- Monitor campaign performance and optimize activities to achieve marketing objectives.
- Conduct market research and analyze digital trends, customer behavior, and competitor activities.
Social Media Management
- Manage company social media platforms, including content planning, scheduling, and publishing.
- Create engaging posts, captions, visuals, videos, and promotional content.
- Monitor social media engagement, comments, messages, and customer interactions.
- Develop social media strategies to improve brand presence and audience growth.
- Coordinate with creative teams for graphics, videos, and campaign materials.
SEO & Website Management
- Implement basic Search Engine Optimization (SEO) strategies to improve website ranking.
- Monitor website performance, traffic, and user behavior using analytics tools.
- Support website updates, landing page improvements, and content optimization.
- Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis.
- Ensure digital content follows SEO best practices.
Content & Email Marketing
- Create and manage digital content including blogs, newsletters, articles, and promotional materials.
- Develop email marketing campaigns and monitor performance metrics.
- Maintain content calendars and ensure timely campaign execution.
- Support brand storytelling and online communication strategies.
Analytics & Reporting
- Track and analyze digital marketing performance using tools such as Google Analytics and social media insights.
- Prepare regular reports on campaign performance, website traffic, leads, and engagement.
- Identify improvement opportunities based on data analysis.
- Maintain marketing databases and campaign records.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in digital marketing, online advertising, social media management, or a related role.
- Experience managing digital campaigns and marketing platforms.
- Knowledge of current digital marketing trends and tools.
Technical Skills
- Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and strategies.
- Experience with platforms such as:
- Google Ads
- Google Analytics
- Meta Business Suite / Social Media Ads
- Email marketing platforms
- Content management systems (CMS)
- Knowledge of SEO, SEM, content marketing, and social media marketing.
- Basic skills in content creation tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar software.
- Ability to analyze campaign data and prepare performance reports.
- Familiarity with CRM and marketing automation tools is an advantage.
