Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and organized HR Administrator / Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment activities while supporting daily human resources administration. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing and hiring qualified candidates, maintaining employee records, coordinating onboarding, and ensuring compliance with company policies and labor regulations. The role requires excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
- Manage the full recruitment cycle from job posting to onboarding.
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, recruitment agencies, and employee referrals.
- Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and shortlist suitable candidates.
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and provide timely feedback to candidates.
- Conduct reference and background checks where applicable.
- Prepare and issue offer letters and employment contracts.
- Maintain a database of candidates for current and future hiring needs.
HR Administration
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.
- Coordinate employee onboarding and orientation programs.
- Process joining, transfers, promotions, resignations, and exit formalities.
- Monitor employee attendance, leave records, and probation periods.
- Assist with payroll inputs by maintaining attendance and leave data.
- Ensure employee files are updated and compliant with company policies and labor laws.
- Support visa, work permit, and document renewal processes where applicable.
- Prepare HR reports related to recruitment, employee turnover, and workforce statistics.
Employee Relations
- Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies and procedures.
- Assist in implementing employee engagement and welfare initiatives.
- Support performance appraisal and training coordination.
- Help resolve routine employee concerns and escalate issues when necessary.
- Maintain confidentiality of employee information at all times.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in HR administration and recruitment.
- Knowledge of recruitment processes and HR best practices.
- Familiarity with labor laws and employment regulations.
- Experience with HRIS, ATS, or HR management software is an advantage.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
