Job Summary
The HR Assistant provides administrative support to the Human Resources team by assisting with recruitment, onboarding, employee record management, payroll coordination, and HR compliance. Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the recruitment process by posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
- Coordinate employee onboarding and offboarding activities.
- Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
- Prepare employment contracts, offer letters, and other HR documents.
- Support payroll by collecting attendance, leave, and timesheet information.
- Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies and benefits.
- Monitor employee attendance and leave records.
- Assist in organizing training and development programs.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company HR policies.
- Prepare HR reports and maintain documentation.
- Support employee engagement activities and company events.
- Perform other administrative duties assigned by the HR Manager.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 0–2 years of HR or administrative experience (fresh graduates may be considered).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Familiarity with HR software or HRIS is an advantage.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
