Job Summary
The Factory Helper is responsible for supporting daily production and factory operations by assisting skilled workers, handling materials, maintaining workplace cleanliness, and ensuring smooth workflow. The role involves performing general production support activities while following company procedures, safety guidelines, and quality requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist machine operators, technicians, fabricators, and production staff with daily tasks.
- Load, unload, move, and organize raw materials, finished products, and production items.
- Support assembly, fabrication, packing, and material handling activities.
- Prepare materials, tools, and equipment required for production work.
- Perform basic cutting, cleaning, drilling, assembling, or finishing tasks under supervision.
- Assist in packaging, labeling, and storage of finished products.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas, tools, and equipment.
- Follow production instructions, work schedules, and supervisor directions.
- Inspect products visually and report defects or quality issues to supervisors.
- Ensure proper handling and storage of materials to prevent damage.
- Assist with loading and unloading delivery vehicles when required.
- Follow workplace safety procedures and use personal protective equipment (PPE).
- Support waste segregation and proper disposal practices.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and efficient production environment.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum education: Secondary school qualification or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a factory, manufacturing, construction, or warehouse environment is preferred.
- Ability to perform physical tasks and work in a production environment.
- Willingness to learn and follow instructions.
Technical Skills
- Basic knowledge of factory operations and production processes.
- Ability to use basic hand tools safely.
- Understanding of material handling procedures.
- Ability to read simple instructions, labels, and measurements.
- Basic awareness of workplace safety and quality requirements.

Preferred Experience

Working Conditions
