Job Description – Beverage & Juice Maker
A Beverage & Juice Maker is responsible for preparing fresh juices, beverages, mocktails, and other drinks according to restaurant recipes, quality standards, and customer preferences while maintaining hygiene and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare fresh juices, mocktails, traditional drinks, and other beverages according to approved recipes.
- Operate blenders, juicers, coffee machines, and beverage preparation equipment safely.
- Ensure correct ingredients, measurements, presentation, and portion standards.
- Prepare beverage ingredients such as fruits, syrups, garnishes, and mixes.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the beverage preparation area.
- Follow food safety, hygiene, and sanitation procedures.
- Ensure proper storage, labeling, and freshness of beverage ingredients.
- Monitor stock levels of fruits, beverages, and supplies; report shortages.
- Maintain equipment cleanliness and report maintenance issues.
- Serve beverages professionally and coordinate with waiters and kitchen teams.
- Handle customer requests and prepare customized drinks when required.
- Minimize waste through proper preparation and storage practices.
- Support smooth beverage operations during busy service periods.
Qualifications
- Previous experience as a Beverage Maker, Juice Maker, Barista, or similar role in a restaurant, café, or hotel.
- Experience preparing fresh juices, mocktails, traditional Arabic drinks, and beverages is preferred.
- Knowledge of beverage preparation techniques and presentation standards.
- Understanding of food safety and hygiene requirements.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
- Immediate availability is preferred.
