Position: Project Manager
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, manage, and oversee construction projects from start to completion.
- Develop project schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers.
- Monitor project progress and ensure milestones are achieved.
- Ensure compliance with contract requirements, quality standards, and safety regulations.
- Manage project costs, variations, and risk mitigation.
- Lead project engineers, site engineers, and construction teams.
- Prepare progress reports and present updates to management and clients.
- Resolve technical and operational issues during project execution.
- Ensure timely procurement of materials and equipment.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- 8–15 years of experience in construction project management (depending on the role level).
- Experience managing infrastructure, commercial, residential, or industrial projects.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Project, Primavera P6, AutoCAD, and Microsoft Office.
- Knowledge of project management principles, contract administration, and construction regulations.
- PMP certification is an advantage.
