Job Summary
The Project Manager is responsible for planning, executing, and delivering projects on time, within budget, and according to quality standards. The role involves coordinating cross-functional teams, managing project resources, monitoring progress, identifying risks, and ensuring that project objectives align with the organization's strategic goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, organize, and manage projects from initiation to completion.
- Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, timelines, and budgets.
- Develop detailed project plans and monitor project progress.
- Coordinate and lead project teams, assigning tasks and monitoring performance.
- Manage project resources, including personnel, materials, and vendors.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues.
- Monitor project budgets, expenditures, and resource allocation.
- Communicate project status, milestones, and challenges to stakeholders and senior management.
- Ensure projects comply with company policies, quality standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Manage project documentation, reports, and records.
- Facilitate meetings, presentations, and progress reviews.
- Resolve conflicts and ensure effective collaboration among team members.
- Evaluate project outcomes and prepare post-project reports, including lessons learned.
- Drive continuous improvement in project management processes and practices.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business Administration, Engineering, Information Technology, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Professional certification such as PMP, PRINCE2, CAPM, or Agile/Scrum certification is preferred.

Work Environment
- Office-based with regular interaction with clients, vendors, and project teams.
- May require travel to project sites or client locations.
- Occasional evening or weekend work may be required to meet project deadlines.
