Job Summary
The Marketing Manager is responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that promote the organization's products, services, and brand. This role oversees marketing campaigns, market research, digital and traditional marketing initiatives, brand management, and lead generation to drive business growth and achieve organizational objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with business goals.
- Plan, execute, and monitor marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels.
- Manage brand positioning, messaging, and corporate identity.
- Conduct market research to identify customer needs, industry trends, and competitor activities.
- Develop and manage the annual marketing budget and ensure cost-effective use of resources.
- Oversee digital marketing activities, including social media, email marketing, SEO, SEM, and online advertising.
- Collaborate with the sales team to generate leads and support customer acquisition initiatives.
- Manage relationships with advertising agencies, media partners, and external vendors.
- Analyze campaign performance using key metrics and prepare reports with actionable recommendations.
- Organize promotional events, product launches, exhibitions, and corporate marketing activities.
- Develop marketing materials such as brochures, presentations, website content, and promotional campaigns.
- Lead, mentor, and supervise the marketing team to achieve departmental objectives.
- Ensure all marketing activities comply with company policies and relevant regulations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- Master's degree or MBA is an advantage.
- 5–8 years of marketing experience, including leadership or supervisory experience.
- Experience in digital marketing, brand management, and campaign planning.
- Professional certifications in digital marketing are an advantage.
