Job Description: Sales Agent (Outdoor Sales)
Job Summary
The Sales Agent (Outdoor Sales) is responsible for generating new business opportunities, promoting the company's products or services, and maintaining strong relationships with existing and prospective customers. The role involves frequent field visits, identifying customer needs, negotiating sales, achieving sales targets, and representing the company professionally in the market.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through field visits, networking, and referrals.
- Visit existing and prospective customers to promote the company's products and services.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business.
- Conduct product presentations and explain features, benefits, and pricing to customers.
- Prepare quotations, negotiate terms, and close sales agreements.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Collect market intelligence on customer requirements, competitors, pricing, and industry trends.
- Follow up on sales inquiries, quotations, and pending orders.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely order processing and delivery.
- Prepare daily sales reports, customer visit reports, and sales forecasts.
- Maintain accurate customer records using the company's CRM or sales management system.
- Handle customer concerns and coordinate with relevant departments to ensure timely resolution.
- Participate in promotional campaigns, exhibitions, trade shows, and marketing events as required.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, sales procedures, and ethical business practices.
- Perform other sales-related duties assigned by the Sales Manager.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma, diploma, or bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- 1–3 years of experience in outdoor sales, field sales, or business development (industry experience is an advantage).
- Proven ability to achieve sales targets and develop customer relationships.
- Valid driver's license (preferred if regular travel is required).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software is an advantage.
