HR Assistant – Job Description

Key responsibilities:

Assist with recruitment, including posting vacancies, screening CVs, and scheduling interviews.
Prepare offer letters, employment contracts, and HR-related documents.
Support new employee onboarding and orientation.
Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
Track attendance, leave, and other employee information.
Assist with payroll documentation and benefits administration.
Respond to routine employee HR queries.
Coordinate training sessions, meetings, and employee activities.
Ensure HR documents are properly filed and kept confidential.
Support HR policies, procedures, and compliance activities.
Prepare basic HR reports as required.

Typical requirements: A degree or diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; good communication and organizational skills; proficiency in Microsoft Office; attention to detail; confidentiality; and basic knowledge of HR practices and employment procedures.
