Job Purpose
The Recruitment Coordinator plays a key operational role in driving end-to-end overseas recruitment, fulfillment, and candidate mobilization. Working under the guidance of senior leadership (reporting directly to Harry or Jimson), you will act as the operational engine—taking job demands from clients and the business development team, coordinating with international recruitment partners, and managing the mobilization pipeline through to candidate deployment.
Key Responsibilities
1. Demand Intake & Operations
- Receive and review talent demand requirements from clients and the internal sales/BD team.
- Translate job requisitions into clear requirement briefs for overseas sourcing partners and agents.
- Monitor order execution to ensure sourcing and shortlisting remain on track against agreed SLAs and client timelines.
2. Overseas Partner & Agency Coordination
- Liaise daily with overseas recruitment agencies and sourcing partners across source countries.
- Coordinate candidate shortlisting, trade tests, interview schedules, and selection drives.
- Directly source and screen candidates when required to complement agency pipelines.
3. Document Management & Compliance
- Collect, verify, and track all required candidate documentation (passports, police clearances, medical reports, educational certificates, trade certificates).
- Ensure strict compliance with local labor regulations and client-specific onboarding requirements.
4. Visa Processing & Mobilization
- Coordinate with internal PRO/Operations teams to initiate and track visa applications, offer letters, and entry permits.
- Oversee pre-deployment logistics, including flight bookings, medical clearances, and travel arrangements.
- Keep clients and internal stakeholders regularly updated on candidate deployment status and estimated arrival dates.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Experience: 1–3 years of experience in recruitment coordination, agency recruitment, or manpower mobilization (UAE / Gulf experience preferred).
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written English communication skills; ability to follow up firmly with overseas partners and internal teams.
- Organization: Strong multi-tasking skills with high attention to detail in document tracking and spreadsheet/pipeline management.
- Proactivity: Self-starter attitude with a focus on problem-solving, operational speed, and hitting delivery targets.
