Job Description: IT & Marketing Specialist
Job Summary
The IT & Marketing Specialist will be responsible for managing day-to-day IT requirements while supporting the organization's digital marketing, branding, and promotional activities. The role requires a combination of technical knowledge, digital marketing skills, creativity, analytical ability, and strong coordination skills.
Key Responsibilities
IT Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day IT systems, hardware, software, networks, and user support.
- Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot computers, printers, networking equipment, and other IT devices.
- Provide technical support to employees and resolve IT-related issues.
- Maintain IT assets, software licenses, user accounts, and access controls.
- Support data backup, cybersecurity, antivirus, and basic information-security practices.
- Coordinate with external IT vendors and service providers when required.
- Maintain IT documentation and asset records.
- Support implementation and maintenance of business applications, websites, and digital platforms.
Marketing Responsibilities
- Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns across relevant platforms.
- Manage company website and social media channels.
- Create and coordinate marketing content, including posts, brochures, presentations, email campaigns, and promotional materials.
- Support SEO, online advertising, lead-generation, and performance-marketing activities.
- Monitor campaign performance and prepare marketing reports and analytics.
- Coordinate with designers, agencies, vendors, and other external partners.
- Conduct market and competitor research to identify business opportunities.
- Support branding, events, exhibitions, promotional campaigns, and customer-engagement activities.
- Maintain marketing databases and track leads and conversions.
- Ensure consistency of company branding across digital and offline marketing materials.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of relevant experience in IT support, digital marketing, or a combination of both.
- Strong working knowledge of computers, networking, software applications, and digital marketing platforms.
- Experience with social media management, website administration, SEO, and online advertising is preferred.
