National Sales Manager

Position Summary
The National Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and executing the national sales strategy to achieve revenue targets and market share growth. This role requires a strategic leader with a proven track record in sales, marketing, and e-commerce, who can effectively manage key accounts, forge new partnerships, and lead a high-performing team in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership & Sales Management:
- Develop and implement the national sales strategy, objectives, and operational plans.
- Achieve and exceed national sales targets and KPIs.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate the national sales team to foster a high-performance culture.
- Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
Key Account & Business Development:
- Personally manage and nurture relationships with key national accounts.
- Directly target and develop business with major players such as: Platro, Jumlty, Food Service Co, and Sowl.
- Identify, negotiate, and secure new partnership opportunities to expand market reach.
- Represent the company at industry events and conferences.
Marketing & E-Commerce Integration:
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales strategies with branding and promotional activities.
- Leverage e-commerce platforms and digital sales channels to drive online revenue.
- Utilize customer insights to inform product development and marketing campaigns.
Operational Excellence:
- Prepare and manage the sales budget and forecasts.
- Utilize Microsoft Excel for advanced data analysis, reporting, and financial modeling.
- Use Microsoft Word to create professional proposals, reports, and presentations.
- Ensure accurate and timely reporting of sales performance to senior management.
Qualifications & Experience
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. An MBA is a plus.
- Experience: A minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in sales, marketing, and e-commerce, with at least 2-3 years in a national sales management or leadership role.
- Industry Background: Experience in Food Service, FMCG, E-Commerce, or Technology is highly advantageous.
Skills & Competencies
- Technical Proficiency: Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel & Word) are mandatory.
- Language Skills: Must be fluent in both Arabic and English (written and verbal).
- Leadership: Proven ability to lead, inspire, and develop a sales team.
- Strategic Thinking: Strong analytical and strategic planning capabilities.
- Negotiation & Communication: Exceptional negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
