HR Officer
💰 Salary Range: SAR 7,000 – 9,000
Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and proactive HR Officer to join our Human Resources department. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for HR-related queries from employees and external partners. Your primary focus will be to administer HR processes, support the employee lifecycle, and contribute to a positive work environment. You will play a key role in recruitment, onboarding, policy implementation, and HR administration, ensuring compliance with Saudi labor law.
Key Responsibilities:
- Talent Acquisition & Onboarding: Manage the full recruitment cycle, including posting job ads, screening applications, scheduling interviews, conducting reference checks, and issuing employment contracts. Facilitate a seamless onboarding process for new hires, including orientation sessions and ensuring all paperwork is completed.
- HR Administration & Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in both physical and digital filing systems. Manage HR databases and prepare reports on key HR metrics (e.g., turnover, headcount, attendance).
- Employee Relations: Serve as a primary contact for employee inquiries regarding HR policies, benefits, and procedures. Assist in resolving workplace issues and conflicts in a fair and confidential manner, fostering a positive organizational culture.
- Performance Management Support: Coordinate the performance review process by providing managers and employees with the necessary tools and timelines. Track completion and assist in compiling results.
- Compensation & Benefits Administration: Support the payroll process by providing relevant employee data (attendance, leaves, new hires, separations). Administer employee benefits programs, such as health insurance and leave management.
- Policy Implementation: Educate employees on company policies and procedures. Assist in the development and implementation of new HR policies and initiatives in line with Saudi labor law and best practices.
- Offboarding: Manage the employee separation process, including conducting exit interviews, processing final settlements, and revoking system access.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2-4 years of proven experience as an HR Officer, HR Assistant, or similar role.
- Solid understanding of Saudi labor laws and regulations.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Discretion and confidentiality when handling sensitive information.
- Proficiency in MS Office and HRIS systems.
- Professional HR certification (e.g., CIPD, SHRM-CP) is a plus.
