Waiter
Basic Salary: SAR 4,000 + Accommodation
Job Overview:
A Waiter is the frontline representative of the restaurant, responsible for providing exceptional and personalized service to guests. You will ensure that every guest has a memorable dining experience from the moment they are seated until they depart.
Key Responsibilities:
- Warmly greet guests, present menus, and articulate daily specials and menu recommendations.
- Accurately take food and beverage orders, entering them into the Point-of-Sale (POS) system promptly.
- Serve food and drinks correctly, ensuring all items are delivered as ordered and to the correct guest.
- Possess thorough knowledge of the menu, including ingredients, preparation methods, and potential allergens.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked station throughout the shift.
- Monitor guest tables, anticipating needs for refills, additional items, or the check.
- Process payments accurately and efficiently.
- Collaborate with the service team and kitchen staff to ensure smooth operation.
- Adhere to all restaurant hygiene, health, and safety standards.
Qualifications & Skills:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not always essential.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Customer-focused with a positive and professional attitude.
- Basic math skills for handling cash and giving change.
